Most of the successful bloggers and e-info merchants out there use words to their advantage. For instance, Topic A might appear on their blog on Monday, and by Tuesday it might be rewritten to be shared with others via Web-based article services. The key is, when others pick their article and run it, the authors’ Web links are included in their brief bios–a free backlink! Then, by Friday or another later date, the same topic will be massaged into an e-mail message for the Web site’s mailing list. Sometimes the blog copy and the e-mail copy might even be the same, but with the e-mail’s containing a link back to the site or, better yet, to some kind of product or service being sold.
So, one article becomes a rich vein of Web gold. I’ve tried this for my English grammar site and used an online service called ArticlesBase, but I wasn’t happy with the results. I’m now going to try EzineArticles, which was recommended by Titus Hoskins.
Mine this vein of gold. If you can’t write very well yourself, find a freelancer online. Most articles can be had for $10 to $25. A bargain if you get 10, 20 or 100 backlinks out of it!
