There’s no phone number or e-mail address for customer service, complaints or anything else. I found one fairly anonymous e-mail address, voiced my concerns–and never heard a word back. So, here are a clue and some words of advice for you. Use the new people search service called PIPL to look yourself up. I did, and eerily, I found lots of information about myself, including two companies founded in my name and in the the name of a screenplay I wrote! I’m now delving into this. (In this case, PIPL sent me to another site called PeopleFinders.com that showed the business information.) Now, I’m scared. You should be too.
